I Need Help Choosing The Better Video Card, Please Help Me?

1) nVidia GeForce 9400 GT (1GB)

2) nVidia GeForce 9500 GT (512MB)

3) Radeon HD 5450 (512MB)

4) Radeon HD 3650 (512MB)

I tried using this site to compare, http://www.gpureview.com/show_cards.php but its kind of difficult to compare when they all kind of outweigh each other in a way, like for an example, the 9500 GT outweighs the 9400 GT but the thing is, the 9400 GT is a 1GB card and the 9500 GT is a 512MB, so i decided to look for some help on here, but please i used those two cards as examples on how they weigh each other out so please don't forget to help me compare the other cards i listed, also i know these cards are out dated but they're about $30 (all cards same price) which is my budget right now, plus the card is just to replace the on-board one and maybe play some light games (Ex. Sims 2) nothing big. So please just a comparison between these four, i know people on here like to suggest other better cards, if you really want to recommend something that is within my budget and better than these cards than please go ahead but please help me compare these four.|||it comes down to the 5450 and the 9500GT based on processing power the higher the number the faster the card. so to compare amd's card to nvidia we google a benchmark or at least the specs

according to

http://www.hwcompare.com/434/geforce-950…

the 9500gt is faster. although it has less ram than the 9400, the 9500gt will still produce better frame rates due to the higher processing power. however, the 5450 does support dx11 which may be nice a few years from now since current games still use dx9 or dx10. you can always get the 9500gt and upgrade the card later when you do need dx11.|||dont listen to other post who said get the 1gb one, The GT cards are very old now I wouldnt touch them at all... I would get the HD 5450 on that budget|||Bigger is better. Get the 1GB one.
