Which video card is better?

I'm looking at buying a laptop, and a site I found has 3 Graphic card options... which is better?

ATI Mobility Radeon HD 5870

nVidia GeForce GTX 285M

nVidia Quadro FX2800M

All 3 are 1GB, and they list in order of price (quadro is $600 over the ATI). Which is better? I can't find a comparison anywhere.|||The best from that list is definately the quadro BUT its crazy expensive and designed for 3d applications and workstation/professional usage. So, thats out of question.

The best card to buy is definately the mobility 5870. It is the newer card compared to the gtx 285m and it outperforms it on notebookcheck.net's gpu list as I expected. The mobility 5870 might be a little cheaper but that doesnt mean its worse as ATI is known to have better bang for the buck than nvidia. The 5870 is from ATI's current line of cards but the 285m will soon be replaced by nvidia's recent gtx 400 series which just released for desktops. With that said, once the 400 series releases on a mobile platform (which shouldnt be too long from now) it will outperform ATI's mobility 5870 but currently the 5870 is the best buy.|||If you want to compare mobile graphics cards I suggest this site

http://www.notebookcheck.net/Mobile-Grap…

The 5870 is ranked 6th

The 285 is ranked 8th

The FX2800 is ranked 22nd but that is an estimate because there are no reviews on it. This card is a workstation card, it can help you run computational programs like CAD faster. If you don't use computing programs I would suggest either the 285 or 5870. The latter is the better of the two.|||Hello,

These are considered high performance video cards. In a recent benchmark done by Notebook Check the GeForce GTX 285M SLI scored first and The ATI Mobility Radeon HD 5870 ranked 6th. For a complete comparison of all high end video cards go the site:
